We now offer small group personal training.
The sessions are 45 minutes in duration, with emphasis
on traditional strength training and core training. This
includes barbell and dumbbell work, exercise band,
medicine ball, stability ball, and bodyweight training,
along with plyometrics, balance and agility exercises to
keep it interesting for you.
